What We Do
Building Violations Solutions (BVS) is NYC's premier building compliance firm with over 23 years of experience. We help property owners, developers, and managers resolve DOB, ECB, FDNY, HPD, and LPC violations, secure certificates of occupancy, expedite permits, and navigate the city's complex regulatory landscape. Our team has resolved over 5,700 violations across 689 properties throughout all five boroughs.
We work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and city agencies to deliver results for our clients. Every day presents a new challenge, from clearing stop-work orders and representing clients at OATH hearings to coordinating multi-agency filings for large-scale development projects.
